Our most typical property sales are country houses which generally come with a large plot of land, normally split between a garden, terraces, private pool, and quite often an orchard. Almonds, Olives, and grapes are the main agriculture here. It is normal that properties come with a fruit orchard. You can join the local co-operative and harvest your own trees, or let a local farmer take over the maintenance in return for the crop.
The area inland of Alicante is renowned for having rugged mountains, and deep valleys. This combined with the climate provides an ideal environment for growing grapes, almonds, olives, and cherries.
