Having lived and worked in rural Spain many years we have lots of experience in finding Spanish country property. The majority of our properties are situated within 30 minutes of Alicante airport in a picturesque area with good links to the white beaches of Alicante. An area blessed with a fantastic climate, and a rich, unspoilt culture. A perfect area for people to seek holiday homes or retirement offering a different less stressful way of life.

We have been selling properties here since 2004, priding ourselves on making the purchase process straight forward and safe. We also offer a complete aftersales service. We are still happy to help even our very first customers with any aspect of living in Spain.

Properties range from apartments, and town houses to the more the more popular country Villas known as fincas to the locals. We also have many plots and can help people build their dream home from scratch.

Our most typical property sales are country houses which generally come with a large plot of land, normally split between a garden, terraces, private pool, and quite often an orchard.

Almonds, Olives, and grapes are the main agriculture here, and its normal that properties come with a large amount of these trees. You can join the local co operative and harvest your own trees, or let a local farmer take over the maintenance in return for the crop.

Being in an area with several prominent mountains, views are often spectacular. The vast amount of olive trees providing greenery all year around contrasted with the Pink and white blossoms of the almond groves and abundance of vineyards provide a wonderful environment to live in.

Our usual clients are people who really want to live the dream of living in this amazing climate, whilst experiencing the wonderful culture integrating into the local communities. The towns are not typical tourist locations and maintain their vibe all year long. They do not become deserted in winter time and claustrophobic in summertime.
