Welcome to findafinca4u.com. We specialise in
finding rural spanish property on the Costa Blanca
inland of Alicante.
The majority of the properties which we have
are around the towns of Novelda, Elda, Petrer,
and Sax. These towns are situated just off the
Alicante Madrid road (N330), 30m minutes inland
of the golden beaches of Alicante, and the international
airport.
The town of Elda has every type of shop and facility
that you could imagine, from sports centres, bowling
and cinema complexes, fast

foods and hypermarket to the tiny shops in the
narrow "Art Nouveau" streets of the old town.
There is a wealth of "Cervezarias" serving drinks and
tapas from morning until the early hours. 10 Kilometers
away is the city of Novelda and its amazing monastry
and cathedral.
The towns have a wealth of
history which you are reminded of daily by the impressive 14th
century castles placed strategically on the rugged
hills. The locals celebrate their ancestory with festivals
throughout the year, and make sure that all feel welcome.
We have a range of properties throughout this area,
from town houses and flats in the town, for the busier
way of life to what we would call our speciality
which are country houses. These are are known
by the locals as "fincas", and "Casas de Campo".
Typically
these country houses come with a large plot of
land (which cannot be taken from you if you register ownership
correctly with a lawyer). The properties provide you
with an amazing investment, whilst more importantly
offering you a way of life which is second to none.
