message for mark steadman and sarah...our friends SYLVIA & JOHN completed there property purchase from your selves yesterday....i have spoke with them today and they are "singing your praises".....they told me you have both been very very helpful and totally professional all the way through....very good people to deal with!!! the reason for my mail to you is that we have lived here in spain for over two years now and to be honest we have been looking on and off to possibly buy another property "out in the country a little bit" with perhaps the view to possibly selling up here and moving to the country in a year or two(i hope all this is making sense!!) because you have been so helpful to sylvia & john,perhaps you can help us a bit? we would consider a mortgage for a property without having to sell our house for a while and all being well..sell up and move out to the sticks!! sylvia & johns house looks lovely with lots of real potential.....we dont mind a bit of hard graft....so some thing like that would be fantastic!! a bit of land around us etc etc. if any property crosses your mind,please give me a call or an email....we live approx 1 hour away from SAX. many thanks for your help...hope to hear from you soon regards dean freeman
